At the Intergastra, new ideas, trends and forward-looking approaches to gastronomy are everywhere. The jury of the Intergastra Innovation Award saw that we share this interest and make our contribution to it every day. As one of over 100 companies, we were able to stand out and win the Innovation Award in the category “Artificial Intelligence”.
The jury assesses several criteria, including
- the degree of innovation and the significancefor practice,
- the economic justifiability of the effort involved in deployment and implementation,
- as well as design, functionality, and user-friendliness.
However, it was not only a great honor for us to be among the award winners. It was also very inspiring to see the other winners and to follow the current trends in gastronomy.
The award is presented jointly by various supporters:
- INTERGASTRA, the leading fair for the hotel and catering industry,
- the ahgz Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung and
- DEHOGA Baden-Württemberg, the professional association of restaurateurs and hoteliers
